VACCINE ACCESS

As of April 19, 2021, all residents 16 years and older are eligible for a vaccine in Massachusetts.

Preregister for a vaccine appointment at a mass vaccination site. When you are eligible and appointments are available, you will receive a link to sign up for an appointment. Preregister below:

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has begun a homebound vaccination program for individuals who cannot leave their home for a vaccine appointment. See more information here:

Residents of Boston are also able to schedule appointments for their vaccine at several sites Boston Medical Center has throughout the city. We have several in or close to our district, including the Thomas M. Menino YMCA in Hyde Park, the Morning Star Baptist Church in Mattapan, and 17 Corinth Street in Roslindale. Book an appointment on the link below:

If you are interested in receiving a vaccine at a Community Vaccine Clinic hosted by BMC, you are also able to fill out this waitlist form. After you submit the form, BMC will call, email or text you to schedule an appointment. Due to supply, it might take several weeks until you are notified about an appointment. Submitting this form does not guarantee an appointment. If you are able to get an appointment through another channel, please get vaccinated through that channel, even if you have already filled out the form. Fill out the form below:

If you are eligible for a vaccine and are having trouble accessing one online, you are able to call the State's Hotline at 211.
